Is it OK to create an Adsense Search Engine, ie direct users to a particular keyword?

I recommend reading the 'Implementation and Operation of Ads and Search Results' section of the AdSense ToS (http://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms). We ask that you do not pre-populate search results. Search queries should be generated naturally by your users. In fact, a new AdSense for search feature allows you to see the top 25 queries generated by your AdSense for search box, which is a feature many publishers requested to help with site optimization. Also, as per the AdSense program policies (http://www.google.com/adsense/policies).... We do not permit Google ads or search boxes accessing Google search services to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads or services...If you have elected to receive Google search services, this would include other search services on the same site and non-Google query-targeted ads. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.
